Are your products digital or physical?

Most of my items are digital downloads — you’ll receive a file (like a PDF or Canva template) to download, edit, and print yourself. Some party favors and décor may be available physically for local delivery — this will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Do I need Canva Pro?

No! Most of my templates work with the free version of Canva. If any elements require Canva Pro, I’ll always mention it in the listing, and you can easily swap them for free alternatives.

How do I personalize a template?

If your item is labeled "editable," it will be a Canva template. After purchase, you'll receive a link to edit the design online. You don’t need to download any software — Canva works in your browser and is free to use.

Can you customize something for me?

Yes, I offer custom designs for events! Whether it's a wedding invite or a full party favor set, feel free to reach out — I'd love to help bring your idea to life.

When will I get my digital download?

Instantly! As soon as your payment goes through, you'll receive an email with your files or Canva links. Custom orders may take 1–3 business days.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital files, I can’t offer refunds once a file is downloaded. However, if you have any issues at all, please contact me — I’ll always try to help.

Can I print your designs at home or at a print shop?

Yes! You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Make sure to use the right file size and quality settings for best results.
